We are looking for a Business Development team member to join our team and help us grow our core business, craft new deal structures, and develop GTM strategies for our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Work with the founding team throughout the deal process as we bring our initial product to market - working through deal structure templates, joining initial calls and developing proposals, negotiating terms, and working to sign new business for Inductive
- Develop and implement strategies to scale out Inductive's core product line
- Develop value prop, business model, and GTM strategy for additional offerings that allow Inductive to scale its impact and business
- Monitor market trends and identify potential new customer segments and opportunities
Who You Are
- 10+ years in biopharma business development, with hands on deal experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong scientific background, bonus points if in medicinal or computational chemistry
- Interest in software, machine learning, and AI
