We are seeking the founding member of our sales team at Inductive Bio. This role, reporting to the CEO, will be responsible for all aspects of selling our core software product, from lead generation to closing and customer success. It will also provide the opportunity to engage in content marketing, business development, and all aspects of the business of a fast-growing seed-stage AI startup. We are seeking someone who is entrepreneurial, hard-working, and curious. There will be both significant responsibility and potential for growth into senior leadership roles.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for our core software product offering, from lead generation to closing and customer success.
- Develop and execute strategies to close late-stage sales conversations.
- Work closely with the founders to craft and refine messaging that resonates with our scientific and business counterparts at leading biopharma companies.
- Lay the foundation for a repeatable sales process that can scale as we grow the number of customers and the size of the sales team.
- Grow the top of the funnel by running lead generation experiments and scaling the most successful ones.
Who You Are
- 3+ years selling complex software products.
- Outstanding oral and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical topics in chemistry and machine learning at a high level.
- Highly organized, good at operations and project management.
- Interest and ability to think creatively about new lead generation opportunities, channel sales feedback into product feedback, and independently diagnose and debug issues in the sales process.
