Ben is a software engineer with a passion for scientific computing and chemistry. Before joining Inductive Bio, he worked on computational platform and ML infrastructure for molecular design at Terray Therapeutics. Prior to that, he helped build one of the leading physics-based drug design software solutions at TandemAI. He has led engineering teams to deliver enterprise software across diverse domains, including materials traceability, regulatory compliance, and laboratory informatics. He earned an M.S. in Molecular Engineering from the University of Chicago.
