Wayne brings a highly multidisciplinary background spanning molecular biology, data analytics, and biopharma strategy. Most recently, he worked at a L.E.K. Consulting where he helped build the real-world data practice and led analytics engagements addressing a wide range of healthcare and life sciences questions.

Through this work, Wayne partnered closely with diverse stakeholders across pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations, translating complex scientific and analytical findings into clear insights for teams spanning research, clinical development, commercial strategy, and executive leadership.

Wayne received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and a master’s degree in Computational Medicine from the University of Michigan. His work has been published in Cell Metabolism, Cell Reports, and Autophagy.
