Inductive Bio MCP Access Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy outlines how Inductive Bio, Inc. (“Inductive Bio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles user data in connection with our Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) services and integrations, for any platform or API service that follows MCP Standard Protocol (each, a “Client”).
This Policy covers data processed by the Inductive Bio MCP server. It does not cover the Client (for example, Claude) you use to reach our MCP server; that Client is operated by a third party, and its handling of your interactions is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policy.
Data collection practices
Inductive collects minimal user data, strictly necessary for providing MCP access and monitoring usage:
- Access logs: We log user-level activity including authentication events and usage frequency.
- Account metadata: We collect user email addresses.
- Inputs and outputs: We do not systematically collect or store user prompts, inputs, or queries. We also do not have access to, and therefore do not store, any LLM-generated outputs resulting from interactions with our MCP server.
Usage and storage
When you request an ADMET prediction, you may submit chemical structures to our MCP server so that our models can compute and return the requested results. We use submitted structures solely to generate and return predictions for your request.
We do not retain raw submitted chemical structures as part of our prediction service. We do not record chemical structures in application logs, error messages, or telemetry, or transmit them in URL query parameters.
In the course of operating, limited transient artifacts associated with a request may be processed within Inductive Bio's secure infrastructure. In such cases, artifacts are held only for the lifetime of the request, are not used to reconstruct original structures, and are subject to the protections described in this Policy. We do not use submitted structures or predictions to train, tune, or improve our models.
Third-party sharing
Inductive does not sell, share, or distribute any collected user data or access logs to third parties. All such data stays within Inductive’s secure infrastructure and is used solely for operational, compliance, access monitoring, and internal analytical purposes. We may share data with service providers that host or support the MCP server, solely to provide the service to us and under obligations to protect it, and where required by law.
Data retention
We retain access logs (e.g., authentication events, usage frequency, errors) only as long as necessary for security, compliance, and internal analytics. No long-term retention of user inputs occurs.
